Encompass Consultant Group (ECG) is a 100% employee-owned company based in Camarillo, CA that offers comprehensive civil engineering, land surveying and land development engineering. Founded in 2016 by 6 engineers and surveyors with decades of experience, ECG was born out of the desire to provide unparalleled, cost competitive, high-quality service to clients in the public, private and institutional sectors.

ECG currently operates three office locations in Camarillo, Santa Clarita and Lancaster, situated to provide service to clients in Ventura, Los Angeles, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo and Kern Counties.
